eDoorways International Corporation (EDWY:PK) is a publicly traded Delaware corporation domiciled in Austin, Texas with ancillary offices in Santa Monica, California. eDoorways serves as a holding company and internet technology incubator for its subsidiary Smart 1 Systems (S1S) which is a developer of web-based software offering technology and tools for developers and users seeking access to contextually relevant resources and performance support.
eDoorways will serve as an incubator and holding company for a number of internet technology ventures with the aim of realizing a business opportunity in the areas specified below. Our subsidiaries will focus on: Intelligent User Interface. (Smart 1 Systems, already created). We see our vision as the development of an "intelligent user interface" (web-based software) that provides broad-based functionality featuring contextually-relevant performance support for Internet users and supplying tools developers may use to apply our technology in various markets and applications. Big Data. (to be created) . The S1S intelligent interface will be linked to a "big data" information (data assimilation and aggregation) resource that will offer anyone interested in obtaining and using personalized, contextually relevant information in connection with the intelligent support we provide.
Intelligent Agents / Avatars. (to be created) Also linked to these capabilities will be an intelligent agent (avatar) creation capability that gives users the ability to create their own avatars simply and easily as well as to engage in social community activities and commerce. Intelligent Hardware. (to be created) We will also support the development of intelligent hardware devices that take full advantage of the aforementioned capabilities to provide totally personalized contextual performance support using the most advanced interfaces and interactivity. We have already identified opportunities in the healthcare market and are moving forward in these areas to develop intelligent user interfaces and avatars for assisted living and skilled nursing applications. Each venture will stand on its own, operating as a separate company. As their majority shareholder eDoorways will provide startup capital and general business support. The subsidiaries will also be free to secure capital resources and support from third parties. eDoorways will recognize revenue through financial consolidation from its majority ownership and control of each of the subsidiaries. Investors will have the opportunity to realize appreciated value of the securities it holds as well as the strategic divestiture of its holdings. |
